Changer TYPE–ABS33
ABS33 OLTC is a single compartment, externally mounted on-load tap changer. This OLTC works on the principle of high speed transition resistance & is suitable for both star and delta connected transformer winding with linear or change-over (coarse-fine/reverser) type tapping arrangements. It has 4 different models. All models follow flag cycle except the 17 positions, 200A linear tap changer, which follows asymmetrical pennant cycle of transition.

Key Features
- The complete tap changer is housed in a sheet metal enclosure, where the drive mechanism and the selector switch chamber are separated by a metal sheet.
